We have a 15 mile radius for all events that require Full Service catering and 30 miles for Delivery services. All food items will be packaged in disposable aluminum pans with lids to ensure your food retains the heat during our transit. All items are transported in insulated heat boxes that will keep your food at a safe and hot temperature.
All Full Service Catering events are required to have a minimum of 50 guests. With this service, we provide all of the necessary items to ensure we are able to serve your guests the cuisine of your choice buffet style. Our Buffet setup includes (3) 6ft tables with table linen, chafing dishes, serving utensils, plates, napkins and cutlery.
All Full Service Caterings will incur a $35/hr charge per server with a minimum of 4 hours per event. All events that will exceed 4 hours will be charged in increments of 1 hour. There will also be an administrative fee applied to all Full Service events. This fee is based on the total amount of the food order and is charged to cover the cost of equipment, transportation, insurance, permits and other misc.charges (examples: propane, chafing fuel, etc.)
We recommend one server per 60 guests. All events with 150 guests and below will be accompanied by 2 Captain servers.
For Full Service events we will arrive 1 hour prior to starting time to setup. All events with the Broiler Package we will arrive 2 hours prior. If for any reason you will need us to arrive sooner please mention when booking.
We ask that you provide us with your Final head count at least 7 days prior to your event.
We will require a 50% deposit after confirmation of your invoice for all orders (Delivery, Full Service).
